~Rompin Trip~

haha~just back from Rompin from yesterday noon....bcos i'm so tired on yesterday so today just post it out hehe....

But exciting is there not tat so sienz, me dislike fishing but when i reach there i sudd wil take out the rod go fishing wit all frens cos when u lookthrough the ocean u wil see so many small fish is waiting u !!! kaka

~我要怎么做才能不得病？~

由于目前没疫苗可预防，目前只能做的就是注意以下几个要点。
当你咳嗽打喷嚏时，请用卫生纸遮口鼻，再丢弃用过的卫生纸。
经常用肥皂和水洗手，特别是咳嗽或打喷嚏后，含酒精成分的清洁卫生用品也有效。
如果没有卫生纸，也要用手遮盖口鼻。然后马上洗手。基本上，你每次咳嗽（或打喷嚏），都要洗手！
避免揉眼睛摸口鼻。
不要和病人有近距离接触。
如果你罹患流感或生病，建议待在家里，不要上班上学，减少与人接触，避免空中飞沫传染！


手要怎么洗？
勤洗手可防止细菌感染。
美国疾管局建议用肥皂和水洗手，或是用含有酒精成分的洗手剂也行。
如果是用肥皂和水洗手，建议搓洗时间要持续15秒到20秒。
如果没有肥皂和水，就使用含酒精成分的湿纸巾或洁手剂、洗手露。这类用品在一般超市或药局都有卖。
如果使用洁手露，请将双手搓洗至手中的洗手露干掉为止。洁手露不用洗完手免冲水，内含的酒精成分足以杀菌。

A型流感杀到大马

（吉隆坡15日讯）A（H1N1）型流感肆虐全球多时，大马终告失守！
卫生总监丹斯里依斯迈马历甘今天证实，我国出现首宗A型流感确认病例。
病患为21岁男学生，他是于本月13日（周三）早上7时15分，自美国返抵大马，14日（周四）出现发烧、喉咙痛、身体疼痛等症状，同日傍晚6时45分，舁入双溪毛糯医院接受隔离观察。

诊所医院提高警惕
依斯迈发表文告指出，今天（15日）出炉的化验证明，病人对A型流感检测，呈阳性反应。
他说，卫生部已马上采取防疫措施，追查病人接触过的人士，包括联络其家人，以及搭乘同一航班旅客。
同时，卫生部也促请国内私人诊所及医院，必须随时提高警惕，对于刚刚自疫情影响地区回国，只要出现以下任何一种症状，例如咳嗽、呼吸困难、身体疼痛、头痛、喉咙痛，就应立即转介到指定医院，以便接受隔离观察。

kaka~miko 3mths oredy!!! she so cute n clever ,when i trow her "baby" and say "fetch" she know go take bac , then sit infront of me waiting me giv her some "sweet sweet" haha!! she so cute!!

Exam is coming but i stil haven start to study!!!! haizzzzzz
i'm so blur , but frienly say hor , i'm very lazy , but when i countdown the days , i'm so scare , scare no enough time to study , if tis final exam i cant get a good result i think i will die =.="

But hor~ just now my 3 "8 po" fren stil ask me go out shopping n cheong K at next monday o!!!!
haiz~ i dunno i wil surrender bcause of tis o not T.T
